The key to living healthy is eating healthy. It's pretty impractical (and annoying) to eat salad all the time. But what else is healthy except fruits and vegetables? The answer is "quite a lot". Eating healthy doesn't necessarily mean eating like a cow - grass all the time. It just means avoiding fatty and unhygienic food for the majority of the time (everyone is allowed a cheat day once in a while).
I did some research to find some of the healthy food trends that has been going on and thankfully, there's a lot. People have become more health conscious in the last couple of years and self care is at its peak. In my opinion, this is absolutely great. Eating healthy and being fit for yourself, to make yourself feel good is the best idea.
Moving on to the food trends, we have some really cool options. There's paneer (or cottage cheese), soups, mushrooms, usage of this machine called "Air fryers" which fries your food without oil, baking meat and vegetables instead of frying them, whole grain bread and much more. In my opinion, baked food is amazing. It's classy, healthy AND it tastes good. I know fried chicken is delicious but it is also extremely unhealthy. Baked chicken on the other hand, is equally delicious and healthy too. So, if you don't want to let go of your favourite food, try to incorporate it into a healthy alternative. It worked for me and I'm sure it will work for you too.
