             Vegetables may not be favoured by everyone, but everybody loves fruits. It may be mango or orange or  even apples. Even in chewing gums, people prefer the fruit flavoured ones. Trying to have fruits everyday doesn't seem so bad, does it? But people still don't.
        

               It's the whole idea of eating healthy that's blinding people from seeing the reality. Fruits are absolutely delicious. They're sweet, they all have different textures, they're also really colourful (it's an added advantage). They're also really healthy. You can eat some to gain weight and some to lose weight too. Obviously, fruits have all the required vitamins. But apart from that, they also help in keeping you hydrated.
               

                 Some fruits, while keeping you hydrated, also help on reducing acne and pimples. They also protect people against certain cancer cells. The daily consumption of fruits helps protect you from indigestion, diabetes and many diseases. Because of their high water content, they contain very less calories. So, all you people out there who are trying to lose some weight, fruits are the way to go. This is why we have a saying "An apple a day keeps the doctor away". Eating fruits everyday will not only keep you physically healthy, but mentally as well.
