What is the one common thing that we all have, no matter which part of the world we are from? The answer is milk. Let it be cow milk, almond milk or even goat milk. We consume milk almost everyday in the form of tea, coffee, chocolate milk, protein shakes or even ice cream. Ever since we were little, our mothers would give us milk everyday even if we don't want it. After a while, even we got used it. Started liking it, even. As you can see, there is a whole lot of benefits that one can get from drinking milk. We might think that it's just coffee or it's just tea.
