A very old saying, but there's no doubt that it still holds true . Everything was going on good, smooth, and simple but suddenly something happened. And this left everyone in bits. It was not a nuclear attack , nor a military attack, but it was a virus outbreak which infected the entire world . Nobody really knows how it turned from epidemic to pandemic. This corona virus outbreak left only one option for the people facing it - to remain in their respective four walls . Being at home, all day is not an easy task, I must say, but it is also not impossible .What to eat and what not to eat, is nowadays the most hyped question everyone wants an answer to. Making a variety of healthy food can be an option to get rid of the boredom this quarantine.
If you've completed other tasks , you can get into your kitchen and try making something which gives you happiness as well as soothes your heart and soul.
Everyone wanted to live a healthy lifestyle until yesterday, but were unable to do so because of junk food cravings.
So now the time has come when you can fully focus on your ideal dream diet.
Cook all those at home. Love cakes, pizza, burgers ? Cook at home! Use wheat flour or rava, as a substitute for all purpose flour, amd you are good to go. Baby steps towards a healthy living!
