HEALTHY, TASTY AND NUTRITIOUS GO HAND IN HAND


Every one of us wants to eat healthy and nutritious but fails to do so because its almost flavourless. The idea of healthy eating never sounds appealing because as we think of healthy the image which comes in our mind is boiled vegetables or some tasteless salad. However, this is a mere misconception that is keeping out from the idea of healthy eating. Healthy food can be tasty too. You can have a plate full of healthy food  if you use the right ingredients and cook smartly. There are numerous ways to add that twist to your meal. The two most important and most easy ones to keep in mind are:
1.Choose the best possible ingredients. When the ingredients used are fresh and of best quality, it automatically enhances the flavours and texture of dish.
2.Learn to cook smartly and do proper seasoning . 
Eating healthy doesn’t mean you force yourself to eat boiled and greens because it has extra nutrient and protein value. Healthy is never boring if you eat what you like. If you are craving for sweets and junk, just find a healthy substitute to it. Like substituting  sugar with honey, jaggery, fruits or stevia. Pizza is also considered  junk but actually is quite nourishing. It has got tomato sauce, vegetables, cheese, herbs and olive oil. What makes it unhealthy is the refined flour but it can be switched with whole wheat flour to make it healthier.
But the more time you spend preparing food and the more comfortable you become experimenting with new food, the less boring healthy eating becomes.
