As the need of hour says being fit and healthy is of utmost importance in today world. With increase at an alarming rate of deadly disease nowadays whose grip has no age bar so it is necessary that we get up before it is too late.

As we all know Health is first happiness and as per the latest trend for fitness, DIY tips or different types of diet patterns with booming videos on the same. Do we actually practice this with our busy schedule is it possible??? I am sure all of you will agree with me that in today’s world of rat race it is simply not possible!  Yes it is not… so how to keep ourselves healthy also and fit also.

Swach Bharat Abhiyan” as started by our honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modiji started in 2014 aims to make clean India and more better place to live. As this mission works towards controlling open defecation and contamination of drinking water this can reduce lot of health problems and we can also contribute towards it with our efforts.

Simple efforts like starting your day with a glass of warm water, doing some simple and easy exercise daily like Pranayam or Surya Namaskar and walking can prove lot more effective. Start day with a healthy breakfast which includes all the essential nutrients in required proportion. Followed with your daily routine and maintaining a proper balance between personal and professional life with time to hang out with friends and family will keep stress at bay which in turn will keep check on health issues which can be taken care with regular medical checkups as Prevention is always better than cure.

So Jago India Jago aur Sabko Jagao and let us all make above points as TO DO LIST and make Swach Bharat Abhiyan as Tandurust Bharatiya Abhiyan.
