Yoga is a spiritual

art of healthy living, much important and required in today’s world of

short.
Yoga has its history
since of the dawn of civilization and as we have seen, read and heard as well
in earlier times people enjoyed healthy and long life because of healthy food, meditation, and yoga an essential part of human life in those days,
which has now reduced drastically and the results are in front of us. How does
yoga help? It helps by making an individual learn to balance body, mind,
