Healthy chat show with Mr. Rahul Goswami

Mr. Rahul Goswami is the Co Founder , CEO of Lakshya Jeevan Jagriti, Social Enterprise. He is a TEDx speaker, Fellow Scotland India impact link. He also has a fellowship in Global Action on Poverty. He is a CBT trainer and also a NLPMp mind trainer. 

He shared his life journey as he has been a victim to domestic violence and how he fought through the odds and came out strong. He also told how he started Lakshya Jeevan Jagriti as he was selected in IIM Ahmedabad .They basically train housewives , youth and provide job opportunities for them and they also teach children from slum areas. He always stayed motivated even through the worst times he went through . He had a mantra that if he could then why not others and hence he started this organisation.

He recently discovered Covid -19 symptoms but only two days were hard for him and as he had good eating habits and higher immunity ,so he could fight it . He says he always had a smile on his face whenever going through tough times and didn't let the situation to overpower his determination. He likes spending time with people and even working. During the time he was suffering from covid-19 , he stayed mentally alert, mostly had liquids and tried to have foods which built his immunity. He also said that students should always have hope and should understand there is life beyond the odds. Human beings are survivors and can sail through hard times.

He shared that he cooks himself and he loves food . He loves milk shakes , various styles of chapatis. He generally keeps on experimenting with food. He also tried pizza at home and various other stuff which he didn't know how to cook .He said that he really loves chapati even without a vegetable and it really fulfills his meal.

He explained how beautiful life is and its all a matter of perspective. He also explained how networking is really important as human is a social being and needs to share his thoughts with others. Sharing his thoughts he told how technological advances are a boon and the physical structure of schools are not required anymore.

When he talked about training students across countries, he explained that students everywhere had same minds , it's just the value and the culture that made a difference. He also emphasized on the requirement of mentor in sharpening the skills of an individual. He said travelling is not required nowadays for learning as there is just the requirement of mentor and a mentee and all the expenses can be cut short.

He also shared that he was an introvert. When he was invited for Ted talk he fumbled alot during practice sessions. But on that day he spoke from his heart for 15 minutes and it was really a great show. He also explained about he challenges while opening Lakshya Jeevan Jagriti as he made up a team and how they invested in the organisation.

At the end he advised people to believe in themselves. He also said to focus on the present , work for the future and forget about the past. That he said,  should be the mantra of life.
