Favourite Recipes and Their Benefits

Living a healthy life might seem like a tall order - the exercise, the hard schedule, the punctuality, the inner happiness and what not! But having some delicious and healthy meal, whenever and wherever you need it, makes it easier and more fun. So, here I am, listing my most favourite healthy recipes of all time. 
1. SALADS 
Yes, who said salads can't be delicious! Salads are absolutely amazing and healthy. One just needs to know the correct way to season it to bring that bling and flavours to your salad. We have salads for every season and they are every bit of yummy deliciousness. Well, salads are in tons of varieties but my favourites are:
sprouts salad - making sprouts a part of your meal can offer various benefits. They are rich in nutrients and antioxidants and eating them can improve our digestion and blood sugar levels. 
citrus and pomegranate salad - a good fruit salad is better than best burgers and pizzas. It helps to reduce body fat and helps in metabolism. it is the best choice if one wants to lose that 'extra pound'.
corn salad - as a good source of antioxidant carotenoids, such as lutein and zeaxanthin, yellow corn promotes eye health. It's also rich in vitamins and minerals.
2. GREEN LEAFY VEGETABLES 
Don't you think that green leafy vegetables are absolutely delicious! Palak paneer, sarson ka saag, palak matar, methi parathas, cabbage curries and so much more. They are packed with vitamins, minerals and fiber but low in calories. It reduces the risk of obesity, heart disease and high blood pressure.
3. JUICES 
 The fruit and vegetables are the most important part of juicing. It not only hydrates our body but is also very nutritional. It has natural sugar and no preservatives.
