Favourite desert and why?
Since eating is probably everyone's favourite thing to do, everyone has their own preference of flavours and seasonings. Among the number of meals that we have in a day, my favourite meal has to be deserts.
The "Whole wheat Banana Walnut Cake" is my all time favourite! The best part about this cake is that it's absolutely healthy as it is made from whole wheat and no refined sugar which is why i love munching on this cake. And above all, it's eggless and vegan yet it is soft and light. The walnut makes a nice crunch to this recipe. To say that walnuts are a nutritious food is a bit of an understatement.
