experience of customers in Hangout restaurant jamshedpur

We went for a dining out last evening, and we first entered some other restaurant. But it was a Saturday evening, and there was long waiting for a table. So we just came out from there and for a trial, we entered Hangout. Yes, it was first visit
The first thing that surprised us was though it was a decent restaurant with good ambiance, only 20-30% tables were occupied on a Saturday evening, while it was so difficult to get a table in some other restaurants!!!
After ordering food, and it was served after 20-25 minutes. The first item was tandoori fish- six pieces of extremely small size fish cubes. Taste was also very ordinary, nothing special, even we make it much better at home.
Then came the pullao, butter naan and a chicken tikka dish. The pullao was alright, butter naan was not hot at all, and the chicken tikka gravy dish had a very flat taste (with small chicken pieces). So the main course dinner was also disappointing.
a bill of 900+ amount, without soup and dessert, for a dinner of two persons is too high. Then I got the answer of my question, why some restaurants are overcrowded, and some do not even get all there tables filled up on Saturdays. The people of Jamshedpur are no fools; they perfectly know exactly where they can have decent family dining at reasonable price.

Peaceful place with nice ambiance. Food quality is good. Delicious foods with no exceptions. Courteous service provided by servers. Had a good time with our family having dinner.

To try a new restaurant, When we visited the restaurant had limited guests. The restaurant has a nice & cool ambience with comfortable sitting, first impression was good. We ordered fish finger as starter and murg punjabi & murg handi (both boneless) with fried rice & lacha paratha in main course. The serving time was relatively high. The fish finger was crispy and nicely done, however accompanied sauce was of low standard. The main murg dishes were average in taste, too much oily & spicy and served with small chicken pieces. My biggest disappointment was on their poor hygiene standard, the raw onion was served without proper cleaning, the tomato sauce had insect etc., which were subsequently changed post pointing out. The price of the main dishes were in the range of Rs.200 – Rs.220, fish finger @ Rs. 180, fried rice @ Rs. 155 etc., which are moderate but high if compared to other available alternative in the town. Overall not a very satisfying dining experience and it will not compel me to re-visit this restaurant, especially when better alternatives at economical price are available in the town.
