Talk about where your love of food stems from?

Food is something that not only satisfies your taste buds but also affects your mood .

Delicious yummy favorite food of yours can make automatically change your mood . If you’re sad, or feeling lonely, do you wolf down that slab of chocolate? Or perhaps the oily chips really do seem to be the savior of your cravings. We don’t always eat just to satisfy physical hunger. Many of us also turn to food for comfort, stress relief, or to reward ourselves. And when we do, we tend to reach for junk food, sweets, and other comforting but unhealthy foods.

Honestly speaking I never felt love for food
But with time I realized that quality matters over quantity. My love for food stem when I went for higher studies and I'm pretty sure many of the college students will relate and agree to this . Though we enjoy newfound freedom but eventually we start missing home cooked food . The food you’ve been eating in your university’s dining hall does not even compare to the food you used to eat with your family. The variety of delicious, mouthwatering and healthy food your mom cooks is not at all comparable . Food brings people together and cooking at home is a great way to unite your family over the dining table. Everyone loves a home-cooked meal even moody teenagers or picky eaters.

I must say no meal in the world can beat the feeling when you have Home Food. You can travel around the world, explore many cuisines and experience the delight of treating yourself with the world taste
But the satisfaction level and the effort your loved ones puts can't be beaten .
