Healthy recipe with 3 ingredients

When I asked my mother about my grandmother's special dish, she answered "peanut
ladoos".Peanuts are loved at my place. Peanuts are nutrient dense nuts so it's good
to include them in our food. These peanut ladoos make a good energy booster for all
the age groups. The speciality about this dish is that it's oil/ghee free and no refined
sugar is added. So, it's absolutely nourishing and healthy if made without sugar.
Ingredients :-
● Peanuts
● Jaggery
● Cardamom
Method:-
Step 1 : Dry roast peanuts on a medium flame until golden and aromatic. Cool them
and remove skin.
Step 2 : Crush the Cardamom into powder
Step 3 : Grate jaggery
Step 4 : Blend jaggery and peanuts till smooth
Step 5 : Add the powdered cardamom to the mixture and mix well. Take small portions
and roll them to balls.
These peanut ladoos stay good for about a week at room temperature and 15-20 days
in the fridge. You can serve these ladoos plain or even serv
