Healthy eating habits and tips


We have grown up hearing things like "wash your hand before eating ", focus on your food while eating ,don't distract yourself " and whenever we used to ask questions like ' why should we follow this' ? We didn't get answers and that was annoying . 

So, today I'll tell you certain healthy eating habits and tips and the reason behind it that why you should follow this. 


• Always sit cross legged while eating , it will help in better blood circulation of blood and food is digested well and you will able to receive all the nourishment that you require .

• Avoid talking , you should always sit in silence that means switch off all gadget while eating because food is meant to nurture you so sit concentrate on your food .

• Follow the mental meal map , Always visualise how much you want to eat and then take 50% of what you have visualized and eat slowly this will help you to ensure that you are eating as much as your body need and you will feel light and energetic. 

• Avoid drinking water while eating as it makes difficult for your body to digest the food and at the same time fluids increase the speed at which solid foods exit your stomach.

• Start eating fruits rather drinking it as eating fruit reduces risk of several diseases, such as heart disease, diabetes and cancer. Because fruits contain fiber and various plant compounds, their sugars are generally digested very slowly and do not cause major spikes in blood sugar levels.
