Food Trend!!! Isn’t it sounds so trendy in hearing? As
much as it is fascinating in listening it's warming in real world too. We all are aware of this that we all have been sticking in this lockdown since
past 6 months, and we all are like “🥴Okay I’m bored in the house and I’m in the
house bored”. This lockdown and pandemic came with boredom, sleepiness, frustration
and many more things. But the happiest thing about this lockdown is that, we
all have discovered our hidden talents and interests. I can surely say that
cooking is the king of hobbies, I mean who doesn’t like cooking and eating. So
today I’m gonna introduce you with weekly food trend.
Dhuska
Delicious
Dhuska is the specialty of Jharkhand. The most searched food item for breakfast
in Jharkhand. It’s a very popular dish in Jharkhand. It’s a
fried dish which is very rich and filling. Take a bite and feel the
crunchiness. This is like edli but completely fried. It is specially paired with
tangy and spicy ghooghni which is prepared with brown chhana and Kabuli chhana. The Dhuska
is prepared with rice batter mixed with urad dal batter or chhana dal batter. Just
have Dhuska and ghooghni in breakfast and feel heavenly.
Panipuri

!!! yes yes Panipuri, mouth got watery???…come come and join me in this journey
of Panipuri. Panipuri is a versatile dish, which need not to be introduced because
everyone already knows about it. But even then, you can’t hold yourself back
specially when talking about Panipuri. It’s also known as fuchka, golgappa, gupchup
and it holds many names for itself as it is one of the local dishes which can be
found all over the India. Panipuri is one of the most common street food in
India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh. It is made with spiced water, flour, potatoes
and onions.
Bhelpuri
Bhelpuri
is a crispy, sweet, tangy, spicy snack originated from India. The recipe has spread to most parts
of India. It is a local food which is mostly seen in the hand of Indians when they used to travel from train or bus or going anywhere, you can get to see many
people holding bhelpuri and sticking to it until they haven’t reach their destination.
It’s mostly famous in Mumbai, Gujrat, Kolkata and Mysore. And these states hold
different different varieties of this bhelpuri like Kolkata have “Jhalmuri”.
Noodles
Noodles are a type of food items made from dough which
is rolled flat and cut. Noodles are essential ingredient and staple in Chinese cuisine.
Chinese noodles vary widely according to the region of production, ingredients,
shape or width, and manner of preparation. Noodles are specially cooked in
boiled water, sometimes with cooking oil or salt added. Noodles dishes can
include a sauce or noodles can be put into soup. One of the most popular
instant noodles is Maggie which have controlled the entire India. Each and every
one is aware of Maggie. You can imagine the popularity of Maggie in India that
most of the people search for Maggie instead of any other noodles.
Handia
Handia is local drink which is prevalent in the state
of Jharkhand. It is a rice beer which is prepared by the local community of tribal
in Jharkhand, Orissa and Chhattisgarh. It is a very popular drink among tribal
as they use it in their festivals too. Handia is prepared by a medicinal tablet
called “ranu” made up of several herbs. It took a week to get ready to drink. It
is lower alcoholic content people loves it specially in summer season as it
gives a cool refreshment.
