Women’s Day

Women are the largest untapped reservoir of talent in the world.” –Hillary Clinton

8th March is globally celebrated as International Women’s day.
It is rightly said a Hero is also Zero without Her. Words would fall short if we describe the role a woman plays. She is the ultimate creation of God.
Right from birth till the last breath of her life, she is committed to every role she plays from being a daughter, sister, wife, mother, and friend. She is one in all and all in one.
Since the beginning of civilization, we all know the contribution of women in the development of the nation and building an individual’s personality.
We cannot forget the name like Jhansi ki Rani, Indira Gandhi, Mother Teresa, Jijamata, Razia Sultan, Sarojini Naidu, Savitribai Phule…. And the list is endless.
Her contribution does not require any day for celebration or acceptance. It is a gift of God to the universe as a living temple of nurturing life, a sea of love and care, an epitome of sacrifice. A mother is a ray of light from the kingdom of heaven, with heaven under her feet and therefore it can be said… “God cannot be everywhere, he, therefore, made mothers’’
A mother can also be also a guru in mathematics where she adds love, subtracts sorrows, multiplies happiness and divides equal love amongst all her kids
And last but not the least, she is, therefore I am. I take this opportunity to thank my mother and the wonderful women who made my life worth as a woman and the confidence in the role I play.
“A child gives birth to a mother”
